Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Edenul Apicol SRL (Eden Solutions), IDNO 1023600032784, registered office: Nimereuca village, Soroca district, Republic of Moldova. What data we receive
We only receive what you send us:
- From the contact form: your name, e-mail address or phone number, company name (if you fill it in), the chosen service and your message.
- By phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or e-mail: the number or address you contact us from and what you tell us in the conversation.
- Technical data: when the form is sent, the server uses the IP address only to stop bursts of messages. It keeps it briefly in memory and does not store it.
Please do not include data about health, beliefs or other sensitive information in your message. We exchange company documents once we agree to work together.
Why we use it
- To answer you and arrange the consultation. The legal basis is your request and the consent you give when you write to us.
- If we decide to work together, to prepare the offer and the contract.
- To protect the form from automated messages.
We do not use the data for advertising, we do not send newsletters and we never sell it.
Who else sees it
A message sent through the form passes through two technical services before it reaches us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, receives the form message and delivers it to us as an e-mail.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our mailbox, where we read it.
These companies also have servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the United States. They process the message only to deliver it, under their own data protection rules.
We do not share the data with anyone else without your consent, apart from mandatory reporting to the authorities. If you write to us on Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or LinkedIn, the conversation also follows that app's rules.
How long we keep it
- A conversation that does not lead to working together: at most 12 months from the last message, then we delete it.
- If we work together: correspondence and company documents, for as long as we work together and then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time, except for documents the law obliges us to keep.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no cookies or tracking pixels. That is why you see no cookie banner.
To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Rybbit, a cookie-free statistics tool installed on a server we run ourselves, not at an advertising company. It records which pages are opened, which site you came from, the device type, browser, language and approximate country. It does not identify you by name, and we do not use this data for advertising.
Fonts and icons load from the same server as the site, not from other companies.
Your rights
Under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection, you can ask us at any time:
- to tell you what data we hold about you;
- to correct it;
- to delete it;
- to stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- to send it to you in a format you can use elsewhere.
Write to us at edenul.apicol@gmail.com or call us. We reply within 30 days at most. If you believe your data is not properly protected, you can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection at datepersonale.md.
Changes
If we change the way we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top. This version is dated 04.11.2026.
